If i make a shake or smoothie with a banana, half a cup of blueberries, strawberries, whatever fruit I feel like eating and blend it with milk, is that really equivalent to eating all of that fruit in a day? I know the answer seems obvious, but it just seems too easy... Am i really getting my whole servings of fruit for the day in my morning smoothies?

My field is in fashion, as a result many people ask me how they can slim down. My answer is always the same: good diet and exercise. But I found this great product which I think helps a lot in the process. I recommend you check this website
http://www.slim-get.info , they have a free trial and you only pay $6.95 shipping and handling. Good luck!

yup, if it's the right amount going in, then it's the right amount coming out. :p just make sure you vary the types.
