talk to her about it, dont force it upon yourself or your girlfriend, if you are in a relationship you have to start respecting each other.

If you're old enough to ask the question, you're old enough to kiss your girlfriend.
Your girlfriend MAY want you to kiss her, but she's probably waiting for you to make the first move.
When you have some privacy, lean over to her and pucker up. She'll get the hint.
If she doesn't want you to kiss her, she might push you away, or make a funny comment. She might feel a little awkward about it. Don't push her if she isn't ready. Just tell her you've been wondering about what it would be like to kiss her. Chances are, she's wondering about what it would be like to kiss you, too!
You might want to practice kissing the inside of your wrist, so you get an idea what it will feel like when you kiss her. Don't be sloppy, don't stick your tongue in her mouth the first kiss, and don't kiss her with stiff lips like she's your great aunt.
Good luck!

No sweetie, that is something special you should save for when you get older. For right now stick to hugging and see how far it goes, by high school if you are still together then yeah, I don't mean to upset you or anything but relationships at that age usually don't last. But you never know you could be that one in a million. Just wait a little while. Good luck!

Honestly, it's up to you. Every person has a certain age when they get comfortable enough with someone to kiss them. There's no rule that says you have to be a certain age to kiss someone. If you truly not sure if she is ready to kiss you, ask her. Remember that this is your first kiss, and you can never take it back. It may mean more to her than you, so do not get insulted if she says she is uncomfortable with it.
Good luck ! :)

It's best to wait to kiss a girl until you are old enough to get married if you wanted to. You shouldn't do any serious dating before then.

Bless your heart, you tender boy! Don't kiss the girls and make them cry. Wait until you are wiser and you and the girl both want to kiss. Enjoy just getting to know the girl.

The only time a physical compliment is expected and truly appreciated by a woman (unless she’s naked) is when you first pick her up for a date. Learn here http://AttractAnyWoman.emuy.info/?32OO
She has put forth a great deal of effort to look good for you and her efforts should be acknowledged. Tell her she looks pretty or beautiful; maybe give her a little spin while you appreciate her loveliness. Then stop. After that moment all compliments should be general, like “that’s fascinating”, “cool” and “awesome”. You will make a woman feel more attractive by letting her know that that she is interesting and special than you will by talking about her physical attributes.

Unfortunately for you there is no way to know unless you ask her. Try something like "I'd really like to kiss you _____, but not if you don't want me to." She'll be flattered and think your really sweet and thoughtful that you asked. Good Luck.
