Am I old enough to kiss a girl?

I have a girlfriend and I want to kiss her. I'm in seventh grade. Am I old enough? If I am how do I know if she's ready to kiss?

talk to her about it, dont force it upon yourself or your girlfriend, if you are in a relationship you have to start respecting each other.

Your girlfriend MAY want you to kiss her, but she's probably waiting for you to make the first move.

When you have some privacy, lean over to her and pucker up. She'll get the hint.

You might want to practice kissing the inside of your wrist, so you get an idea what it will feel like when you kiss her. Don't be sloppy, don't stick your tongue in her mouth the first kiss, and don't kiss her with stiff lips like she's your great aunt.

No sweetie, that is something special you should save for when you get older. For right now stick to hugging and see how far it goes, by high school if you are still together then yeah, I don't mean to upset you or anything but relationships at that age usually don't last. Honestly, it's up to you. Every person has a certain age when they get comfortable enough with someone to kiss them. There's no rule that says you have to be a certain age to kiss someone. If you truly not sure if she is ready to kiss you, ask her. Remember that this is your first kiss, and you can never take it back. It may mean more to her than you, so do not get insulted if she says she is uncomfortable with it.
