Hey Bree, Here's a link to a Dermatology Forum where you can get an answer from a doctor at no cost:
http://www.medhelp.org/forums/Dermatology/messages/33160.html
I'm not a Dr., but did read that Herpes Simplex "bumps" are described as a blister that will eventually rupture.
With this info and a little searching at the site I've provided, you should be able to refine your definition/symptoms and question.
This is the Best Answer I can offer - I think it fits your request.
Good Luck

I don't know, it could be a yeast infection. People can get that in their mouths due to an off-balance. If you have been sexually active, it may be something else. Either way, you need to see a doctor, even if it is embarrassing. The best you can do is make payments if you need to but it will be worth the money.

It could be some sort of allergy or it is possible it could be the herpes virus and it's slowly starting an outbreak. You should go to the doctor though just in case. Your work should be able to cover it or insurance if you have it. Good luck.

Eww.....sounds like a herpes commercial. Go to the doctor, do not share drinks with people and definitely don't start making out with people. (Unless, of course, it's someone you've never liked!)
Good luck!!!

Yeah, cold sores is the first thing I thought of. Honestly you should see a dermatologist if they don't go away on their own.

It sounds like an allergy. It could be your toothpaste, your lipstick or even your soap. See a dermatologist. I cannot use Colgate toothpaste. It makes my chin break out.
