I have a typical 11X10 bedroom:

-Serta Queen Size Pillow-top bed
-37'' Flat Panel TV
-Small Desk

And still, I can't walk around the bedroom without hitting or bumping the bed or tv

Right now getting a bed is not an option as I am still paying citi finance (Ashley Furniture) for it.

The TV mount is a great idea

You might want to switch to a twin-size bed. And don't add any additional furniture. For example, I'm wondering if the TV is sitting on top of anything other than the desk.

Best answer I've seen repeatedly by designers is to utilize vertical space for storage.

Get a foldable bed, put the tv on the wall (wall mount on eBay). Make sure the room is well lit and the wall color is light. Add some mirrors to make it look bigger. Get a corner desk (takes less space).

I've got a 10x 10 room myself, and I don't know if this will help your situation but I put my double bed up on risers (they are these little 6 inch or so high "feet" that you put under the legs of the frame) and it adds additional storage space under your bed. It's been a huge help for me! I bought mine at Bed, Bath and Beyond I think.

mount the tv on the wall
get a corner desk
or a fold out desk
or modify the one you have
hinge the top and mount it to the wall so you can open and close it
