I have to admit,This is a strange phenomena...and I would have to try to discern the need for money from any one of them...But not all Jim's are thieves.

Look it. I'd use my common sense and know those Jim's are not the same as those you cited. And if they represent a good religious group or any other secular organization then of course I would.

Unfortunately I do have a superstition not to donate to people whose names happen to include the alphabets "J, M, A, Y, M, Y,I, S, or E. No sir, I will will not. Or maybe I might?

Mr Jones, is no longer with us.
Mr Bakker and Mr Swaggert are still alive and kicking.
I love them both and expect to see them in Heaven. I'm not sure about Mr Jones.

Oh, you mean the notorious James gang? No, because I ONLY listen to preachers named Billy. Billy Sunday, Billy Graham, Bill Hybels. But my money goes to the fabulous Benny Hinn. Someones got to pay for his thousand dollar suits and hundred dollar hair cuts.

This is a ridiculous question..........
Jim Jones could hardly be considered a Christian leader.........
He was a socialist leading a socio/political organization disguized in some circles as a "church"..........

Will you follow George Bush or George Bush?

Or will you follow a president named CLinton, or another president named Clinton.

My father's name is James.

Although if I had to chose, I'd prefer to follow James T Kirk.
