i've been having dreams where im smoking in them and i;ve been craving ciggarettes since... its weird, and i've never smoked in my life, whats going on and what can i do?

i associate cigarettes with a method of stress relief or of coping. perhaps you are feeling like you need something to help you cope/relax in your life at the moment.

Dream simply let your concious mind know about something that your subconcious already knows.
Now you may already be a fiend for nicotine....maybe through passive smoking. You had the cravings but your concious mind didn't understand. So in a dream your subconcious let your concious know.
Solution, avoid the secondary smoke from people around you and you will be ok.

Remember it's just a dream , are you hanging around alot of people that smoke ? Stay away . It's just a dream remember that . The cravings will go away soon .

Whatever you do, do not give into the cravings. Once you start, it is hard to quit. I have been trying for years to quit, without success.
