Enough to give me plenty of fodder for my anti-religious commentaries.

Just what I've read and then I probably forgot all about Islam. It's a necessary religion though even vital... and I'm not what you'd call a Islamite or anything along those lines... even per se but I will admit it makes the proper buffer for the Bible and the Confederation of Canada and of course the The United States of America as a copy of this law. Neat how they catch the ones that's livin along God's rules like like the way the Bible catches the ones that's Islam. And theoretically the United States of America catches the ones that ain't and that leaves The Conferation of Canada to make a copy of this law right? But that don't make an opinion so I'll state further you gotta have another book... yours... and it has to be a word that makes sense to God right? so if it makes sense to all then it must make sense to God right. so obey your law eh. for non muslims what do you know about Islam.... must be a bad Koran to make me wanna ask that question I can only guess what brought that one on.... Non muslims know all about Islam and what's more they hide behind masks and cloak and dagger... and even Presidents of the United States... as far as some people's opinion goes... but this writter thinks to-night is a night for ...still there... The Count of Monte Christo.... What was that... this is live .... no tvs.... so what do you want.... well nothing don't let these people down eh... Moo Moonlight... so nobody there ... to-night or is there Book?

What book of the Islam in particular the New One the one they got a Yehmeh's costs about a million dollars I don't for one think they make a proper copy of the Quran I just use a piece of paper with the word Quran written on it.

So I'd have to say non muslims know nothing about Islam I leave'm where they are who needs...there's the count of monte christo... so what do you do wanna see.... here... you said something that was the birds and the bees k so there's nobody there... so what did you do to yourself let's see... you asked a question about Islam and now you've got your answer so well be it ... just sitting there ? have a glass of water drink the whole thing .... there that 's better isn't it? what do you mean I don't want to answer my question... what's with the question I didn't get an answer to mine first that's unfair... Santa Claus? That's what you want me to do? OK Whose been good? Who's been bad... ? What's for dinner let's eat... Turkey... with dressing... and cranberry sauce and rolls... sorry... no leavin... not even a bagle and if you're interested...corn... frozen corn... and brussel sprouts... and cucumbersss and mellons... .. and it all came from the desert see...? But then you don't want to hear that....
Okay Santa Claus.. do I get the job at Blinley's well do I ... no... figures ok so I gotta take inventory... like Bringm and I'm and Lot from the bible but no you'd catch me...never mind haven't got time this time... later...

Ok we're back ... welll? what's the point ... to whom do we appeal the decision you... who's askin... dumb sentence ... What do you know about Santa...?

I know they follow Mohammed and believe in Allah. They pray more than probably any other religion does, and they restrict their women. Some of the madrassas spawn fanaticism but overall I believe the religion is peaceful. I don't understand how the orthodoxy of Islam works for people that practice it, but I noticed that unlike Christianity, there are less questions about the faith. Perhaps that's because Islam altered very little in their scriptures. I know that islam believes christianity is a falsehood (I personally believe all religion is a falsehood)

As you can see.....I know very little about it!

I don't know much. I know that girls and women usually don't show their hair and it's like...they're beauty...and the men are supposed to like them for them...or something, I had a muslim friend in high school...I know muhmmad (can't spell that name!) is their important prophet, they pray 5 times a day, and there is something called the satanic verses...verses that muhammad added to the qu'ran but then took away and decided they were from satan..and then salman rushdie wrote a book called the satanic verses and some muslim people wanted to kill him because of the book...but it has nothing to do w/ those verses...

A bit.

It was a religion that started to eliminate the evils of ancient Mecca where different tribes of traders worshiped the same Allah but had different stones and statues representing him, which often led to conflicts.

It must have began with some good intentions but what remains today ... well we all know.

It has spread by the means of forced conversion, violence and bloodshed. Although not all of the adherents of this faith are bad, but their population is the most significant contributor to the world terrorist population.

I am a fan of the Sufi Saints though, but thoroughly dislike Wahhabi traditions, polygamy, unequal treatment of women etc..

It's one of the most oppressive of all the organized religions. It takes over every waking thought of Muslims so that they can't think of anything else, and even if they found the time to have independent ideas, they'd be terrified that they'll be killed in their sleep by an indignant Allah.

Another thing I know is that it's an Arabian religion with Arabic words, writing and culture and not at all suited to any western person. We have been raised free and only the naive would give up that freedom to join Islam and risk death should they ever change their minds again.

I have read the Qu'ran and other books about Islam. It is a monotheistic religion -in my opinion the purest one-. Evil exists in people and can lead them to become extremists and terrorists, not the religion. Remember us when we were doing the crusades, or burning people for witchcraft etc. We must not confuse Islam with mislead and fanatics.

Muhammad, was a profit who came in the early 600's. the arc angle Gabriel forced him to recite for the first time in a cave outside Mecca. The word Quran means to recite in Arabic, it was originally spoken in Arabic, The word Islam means to surrender, or to submit to the will of god a Muslim is one who has submitted. They believe in the same god that the Christians and Jews before them did, and Zoroaster, etc... Muhammad was a seal of the Prophets both the beginning and the end. A manifestation of god, like Jesus and Buddha etc.... The Quran is divided into suras, they are in order of longest to shortest. For the time when it emerged it was very good on women's rights.. now not so much. extremism and politicization of the religion is perverting an other wise peaceful religion.

Not much, but a couple of things concern me. This is one:
Prophet Muhammad, said,
"The Last Day will not come until ISLAM has entered into every home on earth."
Today ISLAM is the world's fastest growing religion - Even after Sept. 11, 2001.
My question as an Atheist is, is this a brag about the destruction of the Twin Towers?

I have personally come 180 degrees after discussions.
Personally the ones that I see in my personal life are peaceful amd friendly. Now I am no Koran scholar, so I will defer to them that all the ideals of Islam abhor what is happening now, all around.

wow, lots of criticism toward Islam and VERY LITTLE knowledge of it. That is the exact point I made earlier when I pointed out it's usually the Christians who throw hateful questions and comments toward Muslims. Now I'm not sure I want to let their lack of knowledge bother me anymore because they're the ones at loss, not me or my fellow Muslims.
