Scam? You bet. You have a good shot at being at least as tall or slightly taller than your parents, simply because of genetics, better health care and better nutrition than any proceding generation. While pituitary extract containing human growth hormones can stimulate growth in an already growing person, it only comes in a liquid injectable form- not dessicated dried up powder from who knows where. The vitamin c and niacin won't hurt you any, there's not enough in there to do much one way or the other and being water soluble, if you don't use them you will just flush them. Apple peel, that's just pectin. So at least you won't have diarrhea with this. Calcium, again a good thing, in a nice form to absorb, but not in a really helpful amount. Soy, okay, good protein source- but colostrum isn't necessary if you are more than a few days old. That's normally the first fluid we get from mom, when we are born- helps clear up the intestines and get them ready for milk. Mushroom powder, well- shitakes taste good, and it won't hurt you. But all in all, I'd say they are just taking your money and not offering much in return you couldn't get from a cheaper and tastier source. Just spend your money on good food, eat right, take a good vitamin/mineral supplement, exercise and live a sensible lifestyle. And you will still likely end up at least as tall, if not slightly taller than your parents. Odds are already in your favor.

I think height of humans develops in such a complex
way that we do not understand all of it. As a rule of
thumb, a child will be the size of the average of the
parents, or slightly taller. But that may not be true
for individual cases. Both Nature and Norture have a
thing to say: both inheritance and other factors are
important.
We know little about these other factors. People in
Northern Europe are taller than in Southern Europe.
Children in Northern Europe grow taller than their
parents, and this has been going on for generations.
The Dutch and Scandinavian people are now among the
tallest in the world. But why? A balanced diet,
healthy pregnancies, optimal medical child care, and
high social standards result in more height. But even
correcting for the absence of vitamin deficiencies and
crippling diseases from the past, it is hard to
explain why tweens are now few inches taller than the
tweens of 20 years ago.
I don't know whether this is observed in other parts
of the world as well. A Dutchman visiting Asia feels
like a giant. My guess is that the genes dictate that
this won't change in future.

contained in the search for questions slot form in "boom pills" and also you may get a minimum of seventy 9 outcomes. promotion height boom is perchance something which could be achieveable contained in the destiny. at latest, so a tactics as i understand the success price is 0 and also you've were given to treat it as technology fiction. childrens who actual take those pills and do develop some more desirable inches likely could have grown the exact same quantity without the pills so it may be very confusing to educate that the more desirable boom changed into actual promoted by using the pills.

Nature vs. Nurture, you may be taller than your parents any way. The genetic odds go much further back than just the parents. Any substance that will absolutely change the human growth rate would be a controlled substance. Spend your money on wholesome foods, get plenty of exercise and fresh air and play the hand that your genetics dealt you.

hey, this will help you grow taller if you are lacking nutrients contained in the pills. Colostrum is just a fancy word for a special protein that helps your hair skin nails, and connective tissues grow better. colostrum is something almost every one lacks because one of the only ways to get it is from a nursing cow. just stay faithful to the vitamin supplement, eat small meals every 3 hours and get plenty of sleep. exercise 3-4 times a week and you will grow very well. some of my friends have grown just from fixing their nutrition and working out. i hope this helps :D

They probably don't work. Promoting height growth could be regarded as science fiction. Perhaps in the distant future it may be possible.

In the Search for questions slot type in "growth pills" and you will get at least 79 results.

I'm skeptical about it stimulating thyroid function. If vitamins could do that I wouldn't need synthetic hormones.

EDIT the girl above me's right, I heard something on a science news program that your height is determined by your DNA.

First of all, how old are you? My brother-in-law is 5 foot 7 inches, my sister-in-law is 5 foot 2 inches, their kids are (girl 5'4), boys are 6'1 6'3. So if you want to grow don't worry about it because the older you get you usually grow, say you were 21 inches at birth you'll probably be around 5ft 4in. So don't worry you'll grow. The pills are silly if you ask me, pills can't make you grow.

In my limited knowledge of drugs and vitamins my answer would be No. Your height is generally pre-determined at birth. I can say though, my understanding is a healthy diet or vitamins used in context will help you not stunt your own growth, but will not help you grow either.

i don't think it will make you grow, but that stuff in it is good for you the vitamin c and calcium citrate. But unless you're 18, you're not done growing yet anyways so you could outgrow your parents anyways.
hope i helped
