I would like to fill some old liquor bottles with a liquid that is blacklight responsive but I can't find anything online in regards to it. Aside from buying 1000 highlighters and breaking them open, does anyone have any ideas?

You might be surprised at how may things light up under UV ( blacklight) Try ordinary food coloring. Haven't tried it myself but many artificial colors will.

Find some glow in the dark paint (small bottle) and mix it with 1/2 gallon of paint or polyurathane sealer and try that out.

take an art class. it has more than enough uses. Adding a glossy touch to things, showing the flow of water, coloring white on a different colored paper, there's heaps of things white crayon can be used for. Also, they taste great.
