In order for you to catch it again, the virus would have to mutate first so that your immune system would not know how to combat it. Highly unlikely.

no, once you have recovered from the virus or viruses that caused your cold, you are immune from those particular viruses. Doesn't mean you won't get another cold, there are hundreds of different viruses that cause colds, but you will never get that same virus or viruses again.

i dont think so...ur body builds anti virus for that specific cold
