Hydroquinone and tretinoin are perfect for keeping skin clear. Products such as maxi peel and rdl astringents have these ingredients. I prefer to use maxi peel # 3 to clear up dark spots because it has 4% hydroquinone. If your skin is sensitive to this strength of maxi peel then use # 2 it has 2% hydroquinone which is perfect for sensitive skin. I have also been using rdl babyface astringents and other products by this company. RDL is hard to come by in the usa so at times i use the maxi peel instead. Same results though. Tretinoin is an ingredient within these medications that treat acne. What a good combination for your skin! Hydroquinone to clear up spots and tretinoin to cure the acne. Try either maxi peel or RDL skin care products and you will see results in 2 weeks for sure! The maxi peel can be found on ebay at a great price! If you want an alternatiive to chemicals then try queen helene's julip mask and it will dry that acne up for sure! Queen Helene has a great product line that is natural! I use this product all the time. http://www.queenhelene.com

Honestly, nothing over the counter will lighten those spots on your face fast enough. It will take many days for all the creams you see at places like Walmart, CVS, and Walgreens. Just look in the aisle for skincare and you will see tons. Toothpaste also works to lessen the redness. However, that will only be a temporary fix. I would suggest going to a doctor if that is in your budget for a more permanent/long term fix. Get some good acne meds and there are many treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and UV treatments that take the scars away quicker than any over the counter.

Try using an aspirin mask to increase cell turnover so the red spot fades quickly.

Crush 4 - 6 plain, uncoated aspirin tablets and mix it w/ a little water to make mask. Or mix them with Queen Helene Mint Julep mask or aloe vera gel instead of water. Apply a thin layer where needed & let dry for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off w/ cool water.

The pink thing is just new skin forming. You could help it along by giving the cells some vitamin E. Just poke a hole in a vitamin E gel capsule and squeeze a drop out. Rub it on the pink area.

the night before, dab some extra moisturizer on your red spots
and cover them up with concealer the next morning.

i'm not sure how to get rid of them for good, but this will hide them pretty well.
