i run cross country and i eat like crap. so i need a diet thats high in the good kind of carbs yet without all the fat .

You need a balanced diet. Carbs, Proteins and Fats. Any fresh fruits will provide the carbs, fresh nuts will provide both proteins and fats. In addition nuts have the correct type of fats. The more all natural the diet, the better you will feel. If you can get away from everything man made, you will feel a dramatic difference. Do not try to do this cold turkey, the head aches will be very intense. Do this gradually by substituting a little more each day until at least 90% of your diet is completely all natural.

try weight watchers because u can still eat the stuff just smaller portions.

you need complex carbs, whole grain products not refined flour products.
