You either have a weak gag reflex or you are brushing
too far back. The best solution is don't brush your tongue
instead scrape your tongue with a plastic/steel/copper
scrapper and you can have sparking pink tongue and no
throwing up reflex. If you feel this is not adequate - after
scraping gargle your mouth with water and you will feel ready
to kiss again. Best of luck and Cheers! :o)

It sounds like you might have an overactive gag reflex. If you are going to brush your tongue, only brush the front part.

Uck.. gag reflex. It just bothers some people more than others. Although I've never heard of someone being knocked unconscious from vigorous tongue scrubbing.

You aren't "deep thorating" the brush, or brushing too far back you just have a sensitive gag reflex, as many people do...

Makes you dizzy and unconcious?

You pass out from brushing your tongue there?

"Doc! It hurts when I do this!"
"...THEN STOP DOING IT."

Because you are probably deep throating the toothbrush. Once you hit a certain spot back there, it is over. It is that gag reflex thing.

You don't have a very good gag reflex. I'm not picking on you, but that may be the reason why.
