I've seen full strength Australian Tea Tree Oil kill the ringworm in a day or so if applied several times daily.
The ringworm just dried it right out.
Be sure to get a bottle with a high concentration of active ingredient. Melaleuca brand is good, but you may have to find a Rep who sells Melaleuca product. It was the one I saw used that worked.
You may even have to ask for help at a health food store.
You must be sure not to touch your eyes, nose or mouth or any sensitve membranes on the body after use, as it's very potent.

Ask your pharmasist for a small bottle of Gentian Violet. Apply it liberaly to the entire area that the ring worm has infected. Do this everyday untill it dies. It is puple in color and is not pretty, but it works well.

the best one is medicinal sulfur soap. lamisil works too sulphur soap will clear it up in a week. just wash once or twice daily.
