Toadaly asked if I believe everything I read...only when the account is documented by multiple accounts (more than I've listed) from individuals who were supporters of Joseph Smith.

Does Toadaly believe everything his church tells him? ... and nothing they leave out of the story? Joseph Smith was not the man portrayed by the church in their propaganda movies at the Joseph Smith building in downtown Salt Lake. The person you bear your testimony about did not exist. You don't even know the man you claim to have faith in as the restorer of Christ's only true church on earth.

Do you want to know who the angel was that appeared to Joseph Smith? Read the following verse.

2 Corinthians 11:14 And no marvel; for Satan himself is transformed into an angel of light.

No but he probably had a vision of drawing his own sword and marrying them and then giving it a holy purpose.
