well.... the most famous wine producing region in australia is Barossa region. its situated juz pretty near to Adelaide, South Australia.
as for whether if they provide accomodation, i'm not too sure abt that. but u can give the link attached below a try! =D

There are hundreds of wineries in Australia in many different areas. Some provide accommodation, they certainly do in the Hunter Valley in NSW. I would pick an area to visit and then check the wineries in the area to see what's on offer. It would be very difficult to pick a most popular or most visited winery, there are so many.

NSW: Hunter Valley is very popular and has heaps of accommodation ranging from Bed & Breakfast to resorts.
Victoria: Yarra Valley is a great region for wine and again has lots of places to stay.
South Australia: Clare Valley & Barrossa Valley are fantastic and hve lots of lovely Bed & Breakfast accommodation.
Western Australia: Margaret River is well known.
