Unemployment benefits can I bring that to a car dealership in place of paystubs to buy a car. Where i live you need a car to go anywhere. Right now I'm borrowing a friend's car but it is hard at times cause she needs it. So the Question is can i purchase a new cheaper (Hyunday whatever) car without having a job and no money down?

Any finance company will want you to be able to prove that you will be able to pay the payments. Seeing as unemployment benefits are short term they usually do not count towards income when calculating ability to pay!

With no job and no money, you have little hope of getting a loan!!

The very LAST thing you need in your situation is a car payment. Save up and buy a clunker to get you around until you are gainfully employed. Then keep driving it while you pile up some cash so that you can move to a better car with CASH. This way nobody can come and take it away from you because you missed some payments, not to mention the savings in interest that you will have.
