I'm just asking on the 2 front tires only, the rear rims are already installed they fit perfectly, they are also 19's.
I'm asking this because this afternoon I tried to put the rims on the front of my 300zx, and I experienced a problem, the front calipers hit the rim and doesn't let the rim rotate?

What should I do?

Get proper rims that do not require any modifications to make them fit.Its a safer bet.

wheel spacers are a option. they work ok. I have sum on the rear wheels of my car. Haven't had any problems so far. I put those on by choice to make the wheels be flush to the body of the car. U can also take the rims back and order the ones with the correct "back space". they should have different back space sizes in that same style rim. This is how u know how much back space u have. turn the rim over to view the back of the rim. put a level on top. take a measuring tape and measure the space from the the bottom of the level to where the lug nuts would go(center). what ever it is, that's ur back space. if the rims dont fit u need a rim with less back space, which will push ur rim out a little bit. hope this helps.

Spacers? are the spokes hitting? 19" Rims with 235/ 30 series rubber? I don't know how you got room at the front bottom corner of the fender. Watch for other rub spots turning at 40 degrees the tire my hit the plastic inner fender liner. What wheel Make model?

Wheel spacers are an option, but not the greatest of choice. They cause extra stress on the wheel bearings.
I'm guessing you bought a set of 4 rims. If that's the case, I'd try to take them all back and see if the dealer you purchased from has something that would clear your calipers.

You need to get the proper offset on the rims. If you get spacers they will stick out farther than your wheelwell and when you hit a bump it will smack the fender. You may have to get a different style of rim to fit your car.
