I went to Walgreensthis monday and bought some medicine. i been using in for 5 days, i was reading the label when i saw that it says 04/2005, i was pretty scare, since my condition has not gotten better, i mean i just bought it, how can they be so irresponsable, now im not sure what i should do?? can i take legal action?? what if along the way i have some problems. what should i do?? please help!!!

First thing always look at the expiration date of anything you put in your body. Next it is unlikely that you have been done any harm with an over the counter drug. Just as you said "it didn't work" and that is because it had probably lost its potency. Third, if you have the receipt, you can probably take the package back to the drugstore for a refund and apology.

even without the receipt, you can exchange it for something else. besides things tend to lose potency not become so potent that they cause massive disorders.
