i really want these

http://www.framesdirect.com/framesfp/Dolce_Gabbana-tcsekc/r.html

and i saw them at lens crafters for almost 350 bucks

is it good to buy them online?

should i just buy the frame and have my prescription done at lenscrafters?

or does it basically just come out the same price if i buy them at lenscrafters with all their offers and stuff?

Most of the time you get what you pay for. Cheaper isn't always better. Frames online are many times knock offs or fakes. Ever heard of fake coach purses? Same idea. If you don't care if it is the real macoy-go ahead and try your luck. I wouldn't try to do your lenses online. Go to your eye doctor or optical shop with a good reputation

It will be rather unique in some people's routines and activities; on the more common individuals use, the principles will be quite general and generic (albeit name brand products) since accepted methods are hammered out daily with the only variation being improvements and updates in the security software and security products. Really I have not come across any new approaches but the utilities improve while pretty much doing the same things. This will sound silly but it is an example I am going to use anyway (as I am no security expert). If computer viruses start floating down from entrails or rising from crop circles to find their way into our computers, that certainly would be very alien. That is not happening, at least I have not heard of it!

Personally, I'm not a big fan of such websites. For one they rely on you to give them the right measurements, but what if u screw up measuring the required dimensions? Every single dimension is very critical in making the right pair of glasses that satisfy ur visual needs. Having the wrong size frame could have an impact on how well u see. Also, sometimes they don't have the exact dimensions that u measured, and u can't really go to the next closest b/c that again would affect ur vision. Also do u know their return policy? What's their guarantee policy? How do u know that it's a legit website?

DO NOT GO TO LENSCRAFTERS!!

As far as the website, my grandma always said 'buy cheap, get cheap, buy right, buy once'

I went to Pearle Vision, and made sure the lady fitting me for glasses knew what my budget was, outside of the insurance discounts, Upfront, before I looked at anything. I have a terrific pair of glasses.

Your question shouldn't be, is it safe...

Your question should be, is it intelligent...to that, the answer is NO.

Shop around at small independant optical stores, you will get service and a quality product. Big chains like Lenscrafters are very expensive.
