Can something happen to me. After cutting her off which was not intentional she rode right behind me flashing her lights on and off the entire time. She finally pulled up next to me and her and her daughter (*I think it was her daughter*) started cursing me out and yelling at me so I waved. I didn't yell back or anything. I turned down another street and she eventually found me again and STOPPED in the middle of the lane to get me to try to hit her, but i didn't! She followed me some more and eventually I lost her. Can she really take my license plate number and report me?! If so what can happen to me?? I live in Ny

Not a thing. In fact, if she were to report you, she did much worse.

If this happens again, call 911 and report the other driver as a case of Road Rage! This person is obviously deranged!

no she was just being stupid. I like the smiling and waving. it just pisses them off even more. there is nothing legally she can do because you didn't hit her. I would take her license plate number just in case

You should have called 911 right away, and reported her. Nothing can happen to you.

Talk about road rage. You should have reported her. She did far worse that you. I am sure nothing will happen to you.
