its my senior and i just moved. i became really good friends with this girl and this really hot guy whom she is friends with always asked about me, but she brushed him off. they started talking and liked each other. but suddenly i started talking to the guy behind her back and we clicked right away. we really liked each other and he forgot all about her. but then suddenly he decided he "likes both of us" . my friend doesnt know i dated this guy. i really like him and miss him but right now we're only friends. i dont want him to like her, as selfish as that sounds. she has a boyfriend of 2 years in japan who is coming back in 2 months but that does not stop her from flirting with my guy. how do i get him to like me again? what should i do?

My question to you is, why would you bother with someone like that. He has already proved he can't be trusted when you turn the other way. Open your eyes and move forward. He is not interested in getting involved with just one person. So don't wait around to be hurt.

Spend time with him, talk to him, the more you get to be friends the easier it is.
There's no magic to it, you need to work for a relationship and both of you need to want it. Without that, there is no relationship to build on.
