I have heard that doing high intensity running can tighten up stubborn fat on your stomach but I find running for 30 min boring and painful on my back. I was wondering if there are any other ways to tighten up my stomach. I am more of a bike person, but I know biking doesn't necessarily work because that's how I lost 95lbs in the first place and it left me with stubborn stomach fat. I really want it gone at all costs

you don't tone fat, you tone muscle, if you have a stubborn area, then you simply have to lose more weight and continue to exercise. Or you can consider liposculpture, tho that is expensive.

Guerilla cardio! only 15 minutes a day. Its like 20 secs jogging, 20 secs sprinting, 20 secs jogging, 20 secs sprinting... until the 15 minutes pass. i can assure you its very powerful and you will loose that stuborn fat in no time...
