If you think this is insanity, then why not give us some info if you're trying to get a serious answer?
What about "How many breads"? Breads for what? You say you "still" don't know what's going on. Going on with what? I looked at your other questions and they don't deal with bread - or cooking for that matter.

I tried to find your original question (this has so little detail it just has to be a follow-up question) but I couldn't locate it. What was your original question? This one makes absolutely no sense.
How many breads? Do you mean how many servings of bread a diabetic (or a dieter) is allowed to eat in a day? Do you mean how many types of bread are common in your country? Do you mean how many brands of white bread there are available? Do you mean how many slices of bread do you put on a PBJ? It's really not very clear at all, you see....
