first, id start out with smiling and saying hi. try to find out what she's interested in. if your in school and have the same classes or teacher, ask her what an assignment was or something like that. you can talk just about anything to break the ice, just be very outgoing and be careful to not say anything that might insult her because girls are very sensitive like that.

hey buddy !!!! y do u ve to think abt starting the talk wid a gal.. do u think gals r any different from guys?? first u ve to start believing that they r not aliens n they r also humans jus like guys n may be they r more sensitive than guys.. so if u manage to talk to guys u can surely talk to gals...
u ve to understand tat talkin to gals is not a big thing.. i bet there r thousands of gals just in ur city who will be thinkin abt starting to talk to guys.. jus like u..
so ... ve faith in urself.. talk to gals to make them frnds first ..n search ur type of gals.. may be u will not find the right one in ur first attempt (dont u agree tat we dont find the right friends(guys) in one attempt all the time.. so gals would be no different)
dont bother if u get rejected in the beginning..do u get bothered if some guy doesn`t want to talk to u.. be the same way wid gals too..
if u straight away start searching for a relation (love) tat would only increse ur anxiety n make things worse.. so search for a gud frnd first ... hope u get my point here..

Just bring up topics like school, music, or movies, just like kindof get into a conversation, but if u do that, kindof do that with a girl who youve known for a while

try to find somthing that intrst her and ask about it, for some reson girls like to talk to themselfs.
