Wow
June 1st i was 278 lbs. I am now 209. All thx to Atkins. I havent been starving myself at all. Ive been going good with watching what I eat until today. Today i had a football game and for the team meal we had sloppy joes. I had two of em with the buns, 2 granola bars and half a banana.
Will my body take in all the carbs and sugar and make me gain some weight back?
What should I do( like go back to the induction phase style of eating)?

Help plzz

Anybody who has gotten off the diet and has gaind all the weight back r dumbasses cuz you cant just lose wat you want and then go back to eating watever. In the book theres a whole nother phase of staying on it long term.

Yes, the Atkin's diet will make you lose weight. But normally once you come off of it and stay off, you gain the weight back. It is not a healthy diet for the long term...a very high protein/high fat diet is unhealthy for your kidneys and heart. Please be careful if you do choose to continue with Atkins.

Get a doctor's advice on this. The Atkins diet is very hard on your liver and kidneys and you will want to monitor that.

If you want to keep your weight at a healthy level eat a lot of fruits and veggies; the fibre and water in them fills you up nicely without adding calories, and the vitamins and minerals you get from them will help your body work more efficiently (and thereby decrease your food cravings).
