Maximum 4 grams daily for adults, irrelevant of weight.
---
Did further research. Maximum dose remains at 4 grams per day. Proof:

◘Aspirin as an anti-inflammatory: max 3900 mg.
◘Suspected acute myocardial infarction (MI): initial dose 160-162.5 mg daily.
◘Prevention of a first MI: 80-325 mg daily.
◘Prior MI or unstable angina pectoris: 80-325 mg daily.
◘Transient ischemic attack & secondary prevention of atherothrombotic cerebral infarction: 80-325 mg daily.
◘Prophylaxis of venous thromboembolism after total hip replacement: 1300 mg daily.

If the desired effect of aspirin is not achieved and the maximum dose is reached, aspirin is supplemented by other medications.

The maximum dose is not exceeded. Adverse effects: frequency and severity are dose-related.
Gastrointestinal (GI): nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, GI bleeding &/or ulceration, dyspepsia, heartburn.
Ear: tinnitus, vertigo, hearing loss.
Hematologic: leukopenia, thrombocytopenia, purpura, anemia.

Weight and Height is a big factor. For someone weighing 110 Lbs. I think4 would be WAY too much. Me weighing a little over 250 have to take 4 or more for it to take effect.

Probably no more than one aspirin pill.

The standard adult dose is based on someone weighing at least 140 pounds.

Tell you something: according of your blood pressure, if your blood is thin, you should never use asa. It makes your blood thinner and any cut, scratch and you bleed easy. You ask your doctor about the consistency of your blood before you play with that.
