(I am not referring to the theoretical physics "theory of everything" that scientists have searched for over the last 400 years or so.)
What is your "Theory of Everything" that allows you to better understand and cope with the "quantum entanglements" of your world?
Example: I am 1/4 Cherokee Indian, and they have had a two part "Theory of Everything" for about 200 years or so. ...
rule # 1. "Don't sweat the small stuff".
rule # 2. .. "Everything is small stuff".
I don't agree, but that doesn't discount the value of their theory in coping and understanding their world.
Example: My sister's "Theory of Everything" is .... "You give, and then you get." - She can speak for hours on any subject that you mention that proves (to her) that whatever you do, it falls into her "Theory of Everything"

Example: For years my "Theory of Everything" was .... "We are all searching for a way to not be lonely". (This is no longer my "Theory of Everything", but that does not discount its value - so to say.)
So my question is: What is your "Theory of Everything" that helps you cope with and understand your world?
(I would love to put together a list that includes all of our individual "Theories of Everything".)

I have only read two answers, and I like them already. Why? Cause they really do reflect a lifetime of observations of these two answerers.

ok...ok...I know this one...I've trained all my life for this...oh yeah...
Everything is related.
Everything is connected.
Everything matters.
To some, everything is God, to others, God is everything.
When I was child I wanted to know everything, as a adult I thought I knew everything, now everything is much different than I thought it would be.
Does that make sense?
I'm sure there's a theory in there somewhere.

As to that things change: so what! Talk about a lot of socalled scietific hand waving to over categorize (an error in critical thinking of hasty overgeneralization; there is such as the set of facts all true yet appear to be contradictory) a phenomenon that could not keep the second of theromdynamics of physics nor the mathematics of probability. Without holding other variables constant, the science could not isolate a study on very much. And yet, at the same time, the interrelationship of those isolated variables must be studied together to form a more holistic approach to the socalled science. Newton said 'law' in the 1800's or so. We see that there would be further need for study into why and hows of the actually mechanics of the gravity. So then, isn't 'law' a misnomer with respect to the relativity of the situations and reactivities involved in the viscosity of space and dark matter. By the way, Babylon had a story of a certain planet that used to be viewed in the sky which expoded one day; I think. The gravitation of our solar system is said, to this day, to have a 'placeholder' with respect to the gravitational forces speaking to the existence of another planet 'beyond' pluto which has not been found.

I suppose the proper name for my world view is a philosophy. Its core is this, know the truth. By that I mean that all of my views should come from the truth. Should I find any of my views at variance to the truth, then those views and not my perception of the truth should change. I believe I should be willing to doubt everything. This could be called Skepticism.
If there is some single statement that elegantly ties the world together into a single easy to understand concept, I would like to see it. I have read every answer listed here, looking for what others have to say. There are some interesting ideas posted.
Everyone seems to want to reach that final point of understanding, at which the search may end. I doubt there is such a thing within our grasp. I believe we will always have to live with some doubt and fear as part of our life. In the end, the answers are bigger than our questions.

My theory of everything is God is everything. In the beginning, which there is no beginning. Just the first cause. God is and has always been.
From the first cause or Prime Creator. So if there was just God then everything had to come from Him or out of Him. First there was thought and then He said let there be. So if anything exist it had to come from the only source. Out of order all the Heavens, or planets and stars were created by the big bang, not humans, we were created later. He is the whole universe. He is the atoms and what is in between the atoms. Scientist have now been able to measure thought, amazing, and have come to the conclusion that everything came from thought. So my theory is God is everything. Don't ask me how or why the Bible says God created good and evil and that He makes some of honor and some of dishonor, speaking of mankind. Then we have the devil theory. God being thought then where did Satan get the thought of pride when he fell, he had to have gotten the thought from somewhere. Remember now there was only God, So evil had to come from all there was, GOD! So if the Bible states that God created good and evil, so He must have had a reason to create evil. But why is what I can't figure out. Either the Bible is true or not true, maybe a misprint. Look it up, it's in your Bible, then come up with your theory. He is everything that was ever created.

Your question is definitely thought-provoking. I can not say that I have previously considered that I might have evolved a "Theory of Everything" in regard to my life. Having then just given that idea a brief moment, I am prepared to say that
there are two quotes which epitomize my agnostic philosophical views of life, however:
1) "Do what thou wilt is the whole of the Law." -- Alleister Crowley
2) "An idea whose time has come is irrestible." -- "Famous French writer"
I discovered what for me was an irresistible idea (the concept for a novel which I wrote and self-published to my joy!), and I live so far as possible as I truly desire; therefore, I would say my "Theory of Everything", then, would be that the "Pursuit of Happiness" is a viable endeavor!

Firstly, I love this idea.
Second, I just want to note that my "Theory of Everything" is constantly changing depending on what's going on in my life (naturally), and is usually *pick-pocketed* from movie quotes, song lyrics, literature, etc.
Anyway, my "Theory of Everything" of the moment is:
"There's no *normal* life-- there's just life. And you live it."
-Doc Holiday, Tombstone (1993)
Now, you don't seem to be asking for reflections/reasons/testimonies or anything, so I'll just save it--I like your sister can speak for hours about any of my current theories, anyway. Hehe, again, great question.
Great idea.

Everything is possible *if*
-we are open to it
-we are willing to work at it
-we accept our thoughts and feelings rather than making excuses and looking for answers from outside ourselves
-we don't limit life.
Not always easy, often a struggle but a personal truth in my life in which I'm finding beauty, hope, and love.

#3. There is no small stuff, there is only one big stuff. The premise that we are all one is only part of the picture, when in fact, there is ONLY ONE. ie. Everything bit of information is encoded with a reflection of the entire universe. However, what makes you so sure that God created the universe and not us?
Everything is a form of light. From the densest atoms to dark matter, even thought is a form of light. Consider that Jesus said:
"But all things that are reproved are made manifest by the light: for whatsoever doth make manifest is light."--Ephesians 5:13
*NOTE* If you really want to know my theory of everything, there was a 15 yr. long study done by Dr. David Hawking Ph.D who concluded there are only 8 people in the entire world who are capable of connecting with life at it's most fundamental level. He summoned up human conciousness on a scale from 1-1000. Currently 85% humanity below the critical threshold of 200 (courage). Most everyday lay-people live anywhere from 150-400. 400-600 represents a mind achieved by our greatest scientists, politicians, doctors etc. At 600 there is another critical threshold where the person approaches the level of sainthood. From 700 their status may become legendary and finally at 1000, this level coincides with Jesus or the Buddha. Here it is goes:
10 – Shame
30 – Guilt
50 – Apathy
75 – Grief
100 – Fear
125 – Desire
150 – Anger
175 – Pride
200 – Courage
250 – Neutrality
310 – Willingness
350 – Acceptance
400 – Reason
500 – Love
540 – Joy
600 – Oneness
700 – Enlightenment
1000 -Christhood
Emerging levels of human development... which one are you? Currently 85% lives in Aspirant or below.
ASPIRANT (200-400) This is the first level where people are beginning to learn the nature of selfless love. They have incorporated the teachings of wiser elders, create the arts and sciences along with outreach programs to help the less-fortunate. However, their limited understanding of love is still emotional based, so they do not feel truly alive unless they are 'living life to the fullest.' The driving force behind democracy has it's roots here. When everyone has reached this level, we will have world-peace.
DISCIPLE (400-600)- This is the disgruntled, truth-seeking level of humanity. They often cannot hold up a job, live off the government as they are driven by the 'need to know.' They travel from workshop to workshop thinking they are 'on a mission.' Eventually, they create succesful businesses, join politics or even develop genius IQ's. Groups such as the New Age, Scientology and Hollywood have their roots here. As much as the New Age would like to convince themselves as being more advanced than most, they can still justify their position to the point of war. Aspirants follow through b/c of emotions, Disciples do it for reasons. This level is also the beginning of psychic development. Studies in astral projection, clauraudience, and the like are prevelant here. I myself have occasional instances of telepathy.
Figures include: Albert Einstein, Thomas Jefferson, Abraham Lincoln, Bill Gates. Edgar Cayce, Leonardo da Vinci, Princess Diana and yes, even Tom Cruise.
INITIATE (600-high 800s)- Enlightenment dawns during initiate level. For the first time, one's own priority no longer lies with one self- thier entire lifestyle becomes centered around the salvation of humanity. They begin to work with spirits, extraterrestrials, angels, and other immortal beings who have completed the born-again process. This level can be akin to the 'dark night of the soul' as mentioned in the bible, while initiates begin to listen to and develop the 'witness.' A minimum of twenty years of service is required, along with having to battle demons on an almost constant basis.
Figures include: Catherine of Assisi, Mother Theresa, Mahatma Ghandi, Lao Tzu, Confuscious,
MASTER (high 800s +) - By the time someone reaches master level their soul family will have produced a dozen other lives as an intitiate. The voice of the 'witness' has now disapeared having fully unified dualism. These people have a deep understanding of the one true reality (or God, or Allah, or the supreme etc.) which can be interpreted an infinite number of ways. Even the after-life becomes irrelevant as the sage prepares for NON-existence.
Figures include: Jesus, Buddha, Krishna, St. John, St. Rose, St. Xavier, St. Patrick

This, too, shall pass.
I realize it sounds cliche, but it is really true. And it does help me navigate the rough times. I know whatever is happening is a temporary glitch, and life will get good again. I used to totally melt down when hardship hit - now I can weather it out and life is much easier.
