More noise very little performance gain. You will be flooring it to hear the intake camshaft timing change at 3500 to 4000 rpms and then bring it to the shop and complain that your car is getting worse gas mileage. The same can be done by installing a cone filter right on your air flow meter and laying it on the bottom half of the current air filter box.
