i know im overweight (very lol) no seriously i need some natural way of losing this excess of fat....im not suppose to be this fat...my body is wierd beause although i am fat i can do any kind of exercise...so any suggestions on what i an do to achieve this....what should i eat...do...i want to be healthy i want to be different not like my cousins who are fatter than me...and the skinny ones make me feel bad....i also need motivation

Ok. I had the same problem as you. :( What you do is this.
1. Eat healthy. Such as vegetables and non-fattening food. If you go on a diet, make sure you eat, but not anything with too many calories.
2. Exercise. Be sure to exercise at night before bed so your muscles can be restored in the morning. Start off, small on the exercises and start doing more gradually.
3. Have fun. And if any of this bothers you..just stop.

Ok so since you dont want to hear what I want to tell you I will say this: What LOOKS good is when a girl is really lean with muscle definition. Since muscle weighs MORE than fat a girl with a KILLER body WILL weigh more than that. Also if you insist on dieting do it right. Eat health foods and eat 5 small meals a day and cut out sugar (you WILL loose weight doing this). If you do it the wrong way ( just not eating enough) you will be dizzy, headaches, hair loss, no energy, and have a really low immune system. Best of Luck!

I'm trying to lose weight too. I am cutting food portions and increasing exercise. Forget trying to diet. They don't work. You lose the weight but it sneaks right back up if you don't constantly diet. For motivation my parents are offering $5 a pound. It adds up!

you can try the diet online.its lhj.com the ladies home journal website if your familiar.its free all you have to do is sign up ang go to the fitness.they will give you daily food diet through email but before that you have to enter your current weight & your goal wieght.and they're gonna give you your body mass index .and your diet plan.just follow everything and i'm sure this would work for you.cos it worked for me. i lost 50 lbs..good luck!

You should see your doctor and/or a nutritionist, who can help you learn what to do. I think it's great that you want to be healthy. Don't worry about looks, just health. I think you'll find it's not difficult.
