select a border style

on the right side, click options
where is says "measure from" - cl the down arrow to select "measure from text"
for the margins type 20 pt instead of the 1 and 4 default
if the boxes to "surround header/footer" are checked, click them to clear this option
cl o.k., cl o.k. again

cl Print Preview. Is it o.k.?

If it's cutting it off on the page you're looking at and not when you print it out then you should view print preview and see if it's going to cut it off there. It could be that your view on the page is cutting it off but overall it's center.

If that doesn't work then i've always found the office help really informational- just type a question or keyword and it'll give you some options to go to.

Good luck!

did you try selecting the border and just click on on center like you would for text?
