Well, first of all, Catholocism is a branch of Christianity. But I have a feeling that you're asking whether he is Catholic or Protestant? And I believe it is the latter (especially since more Koreans are Protestant than Catholic). I saw a clip of him praying once, and he didn't do that Catholic thing... forget what it's called! But yeah. If you want to know what branch of Protestantism, I have no idea, though I would maybe guess Presbyterianism since a lot of Koreans are Presybyterian. That's just a guess, though.
