Wouldnt a Pagan be a theist just a polytheist? Not to take away from what i think i know what you were trying to say though.
I think you mean Monotheists has the Pagan (polytheistic) religion ever been debunked?
That would make more sense not to be picky =]~~
NO never only in the minds of ubelievers. Those of us that know their are multiple pantheons have a differant view than that of a monotheist but more in common than an A Theist which is also a theist just an A type LOL.
I guess my point is people will take what you are trying to say out of context over the word theist because of the over all meaning of it.
I hope that helps some. not trying to be critical, I understood but i say that many did not.

C'mon guys, you know very well not all of us are theists. I am not.
I like to celebrate life, per the pagan holidays and symbols. That one's hard to debunk. Anyone going after my spiritual philosophy needs to address Taoism, and to that I say, hehehe....

Yes. Somewhat.
Wicca is a wonderful religion, but its orgins are mostly fabrication.
There is a book called "Triumph of the Moon" written by a non-pagan with good honest research (for and against) the modern pagan movements.

I fail to see what is to debunk. And we ARE theists. My gods are real.
All though if someone thinks they can debunk it, (Bible doesn't count) I would like to see it.

It's kinda hard to debunk a "religion" that worships things actually in our world (sun, earth, etc etc).
