Your doctor should know what meds to give you that you are not allergic to. The important thing is tell him you do not want to be in ANY pain when you wake up!!
I had a kidney stone removed and a stent put in and it was worst than having my son!
Don't mean to alarm you but you must tell him that you wish to be in NO PAIN when you wake up. Let him decide what meds you can have with no reaction.
Best of Luck......you will be glad you had the stone removed.

Percocet or darvocet may be a good choice for you..percocet works really well for serious pain..it will make you very drowsy and want to go to sleep, but you will feel like no procedure was done at all, as long as you take it as perscribed...without waiting too long in between doses so the pain doesnt start to kick in again, pain meds work better ,taken before the pain actually starts to get bad....so don't wait until your in alot of pain to take the relief...good luck and get well soon!

you may inform your Dr that the medicine he has prescribed would not paintings to your variety of soreness. the extra useful component related to the morphine is that it extremely is an prolonged lasting soreness alleviation, the prolonged alleviation tabs which you're on slowly pass into your device to maintain the soreness at a tolerable point. The vicodin or percocet are speedy performing meaning they hit a point failrly immediately and then drop off leaving you with the could gain for further and further of it and giving you a curler coaster soreness alleviation journey particularly than a gradual dose of medicine that the prolonged launch ones do. you ought to ask your Dr if he replaced into comfortable with according to hazard attempting the 30 mg. morphine tabs earlier you pass to a speedy performing opioid. it is plenty extra useful for you contained in the long-term and understand that no medicine will ever take each and all of the soreness away - it is in common terms there to make the soreness tolerable. sturdy luck along with your soreness point and do communicate frankly along with your Dr approximately it. He and you've got the skill to discover a happy medium which you're the two comfortable with.
