Those are probably tapeworm larvae...my cat was just treated for tapeworm cuz she puked one up!!!
I took her to the vet....only 7 bucks for one pill...didn't even charge me for the visit...
I wouldn't rely on something you can buy from Walmart...take it to the vet....

My cat usually gets tape worms about every three months. I don't take the cat to the vet. But go there and ask for Tape worm medicine. It only costs $6 for the pill. And after you give it to your cat the worms are gone within hours. And they don't come back for as long as you can keep fleas off your cat. And No there isn't a home remedy.

Take a sample of the poo to the vet, they'll find what kind of parasite your cats have and give you the right medicines for it.
Bleach in the water is toxic and will kill your cats. Stupid people post stupid things like that. I often wonder if they grow up to be Wal-Mart greeters, they seem to not use their brains much.
All parasites can be treated for very easily. It's not something to worry about. Home remedies don't work anywhere near as well as the meds the vet gives. Though if it was ringworm, you only need to use a tube of miconazole 4% solution, the stuff is the same the vet sells you for three times the price because he uses a brand name. Miconazole is a generic version.

You are going to have to take her to a vet so she can be given some Ivermectin. It is difficult to decipher the doseage for an 11 pound cat if you used something like Horse wormer, which you can find at a Town and Country store, and an overdose might hurt her.
Do NOT put bleach in her water. I know that you probably aren't that dumb, but sometimes you don't really know who is asking questions on here.

you have tape worms caused from fleas or eating birds and mice, you can worm your cat and try keeping him inside with some really tasty cat food and treats to make up for him not being a;llowed to run.if your cat has fleas or even one just plan on getting rid of them and then do the tapeworm meds. no home remedy for tape worms that I know of other than keeping him in and free from fleas. they can make them thin also and bad quality of hair and hungry alot.
