So which frequency range is best for portable speakers, i want them to be loud

a frequency of 150Hz-20kHz
or a frequency range of 60 Hz to 33 kHz ?

which one is lets say the loudest because i want portable speakers that would be loud enough to fill a fairly large room.

Thank you!

Loud has nothing to do with frequency response!!

The 60-33 kHz has better frequency response.

However, if you want loud, check their power ratings.
If they don't have an internal amplifier, the loudness will be restricted by the power of the source.
If they have an internal amp, then check their power (measured in Watts).

The 60-33 kHz is the 'wider' range.

But for a 'portable' speaker to reproduce 60 Hz is VERY demanding. You will have a compromised sound quality.

Your better bet would be to go with choice A (150-20 kHz) and then get a subwoofer.

The loudness will not come from the speakers...but from the quality of your amplifier.

I would go with the first choice, as that is the approximate hearing range of the average human.
