I like them too! They have 60 calories, so I imagine you could gain a pound if you ate 60 of them and sat on your butt all day doing it. I doubt you do that, so I think you should enjoy your pops and be happy without guilt/worry.

I like to eat chocolate and tootsie pops too, so I do that but I supplement with healthy, low calorie foods too because the sugar actually increases your appetite. It is all good. If you want to eat tootsie pops, you have a ball. Just walk every day for 48 minutes and you will start losing a pound or more every week. I found out I can eat like I always did and lose weight as long as I walk 3 or more miles a day. I am keeping my tootsie pops! I will even walk while having one, thank you very much!

Lollipop Diet

Check the labels. Of course you are eating alot of sugar with the lollipop. And sugar turns right to fat. So you really need to find another addiction. There are so many sugar free candies out there, I'm sure if you experiment you will find something you like just as well. If you are totally serious about dieting, don't ruin it already by the suckers. Ditch them, they can't be that big of a deal that you can't go without them.

If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://tinyurl.im/aHLxw

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

It is sugar and pure empty calories so it could affect your diet. If it keeps you from binging on other sweets, it may still be better than the alternative. The key is how many do you eat in a day. Try cutting the amount down to save calories.

There's 60 calories and 10g of sugar in each Tootsie Pop. If you're eating one a day, it's not a big deal with your diet. But if you're eating them all day long, you're racking up a lot of empty calories and sugar. The only good thing is that they're fat free.

Well, the extra sugar could cause excessive weight gain. Or, it could cause you to crash and feel tired a lot.

Relatively low calories... so not too bad.

But if your avoiding carbs and sugar, then I might say its not a good idea.
