I was flossing my teeth I felt something fling and when i felt what it was it was a little hard piece of,well either filling or tooth.

I'm scared- it was on my end of one of my chewing teeth (in the back of my mouth, so thankfully nothing noticeable) but now there's a hole.
It didn't hurt though.

I have great burshing and flossing habbits, so is it possible this was my tooth? or was it a filling?
it looks tooth colored and it flat on one side and round on the other.

what should i do though?

Although there's no way to be 100% sure w/o seeing your dentist, it does sound like a filling fell out. If the hole is "clean" looking and not black or severly discolored, and the tooth isn't causing pain, it is probably a filling. This is not uncommon.
Just call your dentist and tell them that you think a filling fell out and they'll schedule you to come in and have it replaced.
Best wishes!

Sounds like a filling if there's a big hole. Teeth don't usually fall out like that. But you need to go back to the dentist and have another one put in.

Obviously you should go to a dentist and get the filling replaced. That hole in your tooth is going to pack full of food that will rot and give you bad breath and maybe a painful infection.
