It's a symptom of bad digestion ................ sometimes this can be the result of food allergies. Do you also suffer from indigestion regularly, bloating, belching, acid reflux and wet f*arting (sorry no other way to put it)???? This is symptomatic of lactose intolerance.

To assist your body in the digestive process try drinking organic loose leaf herbal tea before and after meals. Drinking peppermint tea is especially good for relaxing the gall bladder, which allows bile to flow more freely and thus assists digestion, especially for sufferers of acid stomach. It "cuts through" fatty fodos and allows them to be digested more smoothly. peppermint tea relaxes the muscles of the stomach and bowel and reduces flatulence.

it also has an uplifting effect on mood without being a stimulant, and should be used to promote a sense of calm concentration. peppermint tea is invigorating, while at the same time it reduces anxiety and tension.

GOOD LUCK

lol, dont worry, its very normal. Its sort of like a birthmark. I used to have the same thing when I was younger, but just started to dissapear as I got older. My parents use to joke and say it was becasue I drank a lot of milk when I was little. Dont sweat it, nothing to be worried about. But if your entire tongue is a VERY noticeable white, then you better see a doctor
