I want to become a Catholic Priest, Im graduating high school next year. I dont have a ton of money, around 20,000 from my parents. Which I thought was a lot until I looked into the prices of college, and majoring in Religous Studies at IU or IUPUI would be around 25000-30000. And on top of that, Id have to pay for 4 years at seminary school.

If I use my college fund and worked and paid the rest off along the way when Im getting my BA, could I get a student loan for seminary school and pay that off once Im in my vocation?

D,

Do not worry.....there are grants available to help you. i.e. you will not have to repay the money.

Call the Chancellory (Bishop's headquarters) of your diocese to inquire.

Then pray to Our Lady for her assistance.....she is the daughter of the Father, the Mother of the Son, and the Spouse of the Holy Spirit......Her prayers on your behalf are thus very influencial with the Holy Trinity!!!

Then, TRUST.......It is impossible for God to refuse a trusting soul!!!!
