He has two sessions in the afternoon every week since last december..Sometimes due to some reason or other I used to send him in morning for afternoon session or vice versa..May be that could be the reason...But I used to always take their permission before doing so..Not sure..

Try to help out at the school. Like, volunteer to help out with school events and stuff. Just get active and help them out to show you care!

If you are swapping sessions from afternoon to morning without asking first then you are taking them for granted. If you have booked your child in for afternoons then you can't just swap to a morning whenever you feel like it. Pre-schools are limited to the amount of children they have each session and cannot go over that number. You have 'bought' the afternoons. They do not have to let you have the mornings instead. It sounds like you are doing it too often. So stop swapping sessions then you will not be taking them for granted. Also make sure to arrive on time to collect your child. Provide a change of clothes for your child encase your child gets wet, don't expect the pre-school to provide them. Provide your own nappies if child is not potty trained. These are all ways in which you are not taking them for granted.

What did you do to make them think that? Answer that question. And fix it. There are numerous ways someone can say "thank you" for helping with your son. Be supportive with activities and special days that the preschool does. Buy goodies for the teachers. Talk to them about how much your child is growing. Talk to them about how well you like the preschool. Theres tons of things to do.

what??? I don't have details but this is my feeling on pre-schools. They are there for MY child and they need to assure ME that they are competant in educating my child. How could a parent take them for granted unless you drop your child off in thier PJ's with some clothes for the day in a grocery bag.
