What are the requirements for teaching self-defense courses at the YMCA?

I teach at the YMCA.

You will have a background check determining sex offender status, criminal.

You will also have to verify where you have lived all your years, with who, etc.

Submit certificates.

Three professional references.

It's a very rewarding experience.

I don't believe there are any strict guidelines or requirements per say other than you can not be a sex offender. Why not call them and ask to see if there are.
