I am 13 years old and i want to go riding in the ditches in southern minnesota on my dirtbike. Is it leagal for me to go or do i have to be 16. The dirtbike is a honda crf100f.

Unless the ditches are on private property, AND you have permission from the property owner, it is probably illegal to ride ANYTHING in the ditches at ANY age. If they are, motor vehicle laws most likely do not apply.

Nobody's gonna throw you in jail for riding your dirtbike off-road.

Just get the farmer's permission before riding on their property, for your and their safety.

My dad's a farmer in Fillmore County. He allows snowmobilers and ATV riders to ride on his property...but only if he's not in the field...cuz its hard for him to see them when he's in the combine.

And, even if you were 16 and had a license, you couldn't ride this bike on a road unless you had a license on that bike also.
