Some may say nothing... others will say everything...
I believe that both came from the same God... and that Islam came afterwards, and thus was a more improved version...
However, to answer your question, without being biased, you should read both Holy Books... (translations)... and then decide for yourself, which has better qualities...

According to me, though, there are many things that make Islam better... however, in some ways both are very similar.

Edit:
To Daniel below:
Actually, it is ALSO said in the Quran (Islam's Holy Book) that Jesus was a true prophet...
And Prophet Mohammad isn't mentioned in the Bible because the Quran was sent many years later...

All religions teach that God is coming back and there will come a day when no man can deny the truth. None of us are any better than the other. You pretty much have to study that for yourself and come to your own conclussions. Still, if I'm not mistaken, all mono-theistic religions believe in the Old Testament prophets and that the Jews are the chosen of God. Old Testament prophesy points to Jesus as being the Christ.

It's all about what you belive & what they want you to belive.Theyare both very close & say the same thing but Islam has many rules. At the same time christians had upgraded christianity making it a lot easier & instead talking of devil & hell talking about love & life. But Islam is very district & makes people obey no matter what.So it wasn't very easy to upgrade. As a matter of fact it didn't get any easier but in some cases a lot more harder. And now they even say by killing yourself you'll go to heaven even though in Quran it says that if you kill your self you'll go strait to hell.

For "stacey"

You probably mean to say that all religious people are taught that is bad or immoral to judge others, but that doesn't mean that they don't think they have the right religion (which they must have judged to be right) and necessarily others have the wrong one.

If you mean that it's good to be diplomatic or even silent about what we really think, then it's very much an act of civil politeness, like when you teach your child not to stare at people, especially if they have some strange abnormality.

The religious principle that it is bad to judge is actually one of those ideas that sounds right in theory, but it actually is bad and inapplicable in practice, unless one has recently sustained a lobotomy. Principles that in reality are inapplicable are ultimately bad both in theory and in practice and should be judged idiotic.

Imagine if I told you that when you wish to buy something you should not judge, you should simply buy it just because you want to. That will play in the hands of every crook that ever existed. And that applies to people, too. Can you say, for instance, I am going to listen to opposite views, but I won't judge them or judge the people that expound them?

there are some excellent first hand accounts of Muslims at this site: www.yaaway.com explaining why they think Christianity is better - simply because they are more happy, God now seems more "Real" to them and also because Islam does not practice healing or allow for free thought about their religion. Christianity is "supposed" to be about grace.

So I guess it all depends on whether you think the concepts of forgiveness and grace are "better" than having codes of conduct and mandatory prayers 5 times a day.

Islam is my chosen way of life, I think it is better than Christianity but I am not going to preach and preach because I am humble about it. I have nothing against Christians at all. And no where in the Quran does it say that all Christians will go to hell. That's only the dumb extremists who think that all non Muslims will go to hell.

Very simple my friend :)
Islam believed that God has absolute power over everything and he created everything. And since He is the most powerful Islam does not believe he was a human who was powerless and was bullied around by a bunch of humans.

Yeah yeah! I know "he did that to save us and give us salvation" The question is.. save you from who? him self? well he could have simply said Oh human race if you just believe in me all your sins are erased. Makes sence doesnt it?

Because islam believes in justice and christianity doesnt. How? simple too. If you believe in god and do good deeds you are rewarded and you go to heaven(if God wishes). If you believe in God and you do bad deeds you are punished in hell (if God wishes) but eventually after you have payed the price as much as the bad deeds you have done you go to heaven (if God wishes) since God promised who believed in him heaven. And finally if you do not believe in god at all you go to hell and as much as bad deeds you have done your level in hell changes. To make it more simple. In islam do good = reward , do bad = punishment. If things were to go like chritians say I am sure that if I was christian I would find my self in heaven and the people beside me are Hitler Stalin and a rapist who murdered and raped innocent people but since they were christians Jesus took away all their sins and they are "saved" without judgemnt or punishment for all they have done.

Finally people would say we go along with that islam judgement system we would go to hell for sure! because we sin alot and not enough good deeds would save us from hell.
The answer is Islam believes that God is the most merciful. If you do a good deed he rewards you by ten times more good deeds. while if you do one bad deed it remains one. Also he could forgive anyone if he wishes because God knows what is inside the hearts of people. The only sin that God promised that he would never forgive is that someone would believe that there is any other God with him, any partner, wife, or son.
peace

I find it a bit embarrasing to teach other people thier own religion but false prophet here is who you call in your words (the Anti-Christ) who comes out among humans in the end of time.
And for the record Mohammad PBUH never lied and you do not have proof.

Islam and Christianity have essentially the same "bible". They are both based on Judaism. What makes Baptists any better than Mormons or Catholics? What makes Shiites any better than Sunnis? Humans are ridiculous when it comes to beliefs.

How can you tell that dealing with this bank is better than dealing with another? How do you tell that this friend is more loyal than that? you just "study" what each offers, you read the FACTS and use logic and common sense. just because a company says it is the best does not it really is. you have to do your homework.

All of the religions that worship the Abrahamic God have long passed their use-by date--thank goodness there are less barbaric religions still current!!
