Pimples are something that comes out of pores. Pores are anatomical structures in the skin. It is very possible to have large pores and not get pimples.

Pores are in skin everywhere, a pimple is a pore that got something in it which made puss come to fight the problem.
Maybe you're thinking about blackheads? But yea, a lot of people have that on the tip of their nose

a pimple is a clogged up pore. pores look different sizes and can change as you get older. pimples definitely change sizes too ;)
