You have an round/oval face. Here's an article for selecting the most flattering hair cut w/ photos: http://beauty.about.com/od/hairbasics/a/flattering.htm

Gallery of hair cuts organized by length: http://matrix.com/find_your_hair_style/

Something like this would bring some volume to your crown & bring more attention to your eyes: http://matrix.com/find_your_hair_style/short/style_02.aspx?scroll=870

Another cut that would frame your face nicely: http://beauty.about.com/od/hairstylephotogalleries/ss/roundfa_4.htm

This would look best w/ slightly shorter side bangs & a little more lift at the crown.

As for color, a rich warm brown w/ coppery highlights would look great or you could get broad swaths of blond & let your natural hair color act as low lights.

your hair length is ok. i think it's good not to cut it any shorter. if you want to change the look, there is a lot of things you can do. play around with the parting and the colours and curls. i think you will look sweet with curls. gentle curls that are not too loud. the color part, your own color is fine. but you can try light brown. try short fringe. cheers for your new look. if you are not ready for the whole entire change, try one at a time. start with the perm first.:)

I think you need some extra colors like some diff tones of red and blond and browns. Also maybe get it a little shorter with layers. you have a round face so short hair would prob be best (so i've been told, but i like medium length myself). but as long as you're comfortable with the results!

I like your color the way it is. Your hair looks very fine, though...so you might consider a shorter, layered cut that will give more body to your hair.

get the bangs exactly like that, use volumizer since you hair looks a little flat and then you can straighten it sometimes

wouldnt it make greater experience to ask the damn hair stylist which you will, than posting a photograph on the cyber web?? or is this merely an "am i incredibly" question? yeah, ...i might say so.
