I think it says STAMP then there are some numbers I think 8-4-18 or 8-4-78, then the initials RUW underneath, I'm just going to use the magnifying glass to see if I can read it properly. Have you seen the other people who were travelling with her and their religion was stated as being Hebrew. The juries still out on the name of the place where she lived in Russia.

www.ancestry.com--There was no MASIE listed (I think the transcriber made of a mess of things, judging by viewing the original document). It listed her as "wife", so I am wondering if the kids listed below are her children instead of brothers and sisters. The word you asked about--at 150% zoom--said "STAMP" and A4-78 was below that, which probably meant they were in the steerage area of the ship (where poorer immigrants usually were quartered). I couldn't read any relative's name in Russia, but the name of the town looked like Brailow, or something similar. I hope this helps.

Wow, this is a tough one to read.
I think it says stamp 8-4-28 Russ. I have no idea what that may mean. Russ = Russian?
It looks like her relative's name is Rudolph Brashard. The town looks like Jaka or Jake.

Sorry I couldn't help more.
