I have a few pimples on my forehead and cheeks and they itch a lot, what can i do about this? Could it be because my skin is too dry?

If they itch, it means they are getting well. Try not to put your hands on or around them. Also, never eat anything with your hands. For example, french fries don't cause pimples, your hands do by putting the fries in your mouth.

If they itch, try to keep your hands away from your face. Because if you scratch your skin you turn red and break out.
It also happens when your skin is too dry, use skin moisturizer if you have dry skin, and keep your hair away from your face. Don't let your hair become too damp because the oil on your hands and face can make pimples become worse.

If you can see a Dermatologist, you can ask for Clobetasol. It's really effective! It is a steroidal anti-inflammatory which, when used sparingly on the acne, stops the itch. My daughter uses it (along with Clindamycin, an antibiotic which kills the bacteria).

Also, keep bandaids loosely over the pimples at night so you don't scratch in your sleep. Scratching will spread the acne bacteria.
