Yes, they sent me a pair in the mail (I was out of town) and they broke the next day. I think within a month of purchase they are covered under warranty (at least mine were). They fixed them free of charge.

I once (never again!) got a prescription filled at BJ's Wholesale Club. When I started using the glasses I noticed my vision was not as good as I expected. I went back to my eye doctor who checked the lenses' power. He said that it was incorrect and did not match the prescription very well. I brought it back to BJ's and they refunded my money with no hassles since they were 100% wrong.

I depends on where you bought them. Call first, and ask. Be polite and keep your cool, that always helps. If there was an error, chances are it will cost you nothing for a complete replacement.

I had a problem with the lenses and went back to the eye dr. She had them replaced and it did not cost me extra.
