I think this is the work of God. But I just want to get everyone's opinion:

On 2/8/07 I quit my job. There was a lot of drama in the one room (I worked at a school). Anyway, months after leaving, I would still tell stories to my friends about what happened when I was working there, and how much I still missed my peeps and my job. I was pretty close to one of my co-workers so I missed her more than anybody. I pray to God to still watch out for them even through all the stuff we've been through. And I would pray to see the one co-worker just to know how she's doing.

Anyway, last night, I was at a little avenue place with my friend when I saw someone I used to work with. She said that the lady who hires everyone was going on leave because she is pregnant. We never really got along too well which is why I never bothered calling back about my job. Apparently, one teacher who I got along really well with was taking her place and hiring personal assistant's (which I was).

The lady also said that one of the kids' in the room that I always wanted to work in needs a pa.

Now, the other weird thing is that I get SSI for disability, or I was. Just today, a letter came in the mail saying that they were cutting me from it. So it's like I now need this job. I'm just saying, out of all nights to be at that place at that time and to see someone I used to work with, is just too strong to be a coincidence. I think it's God helping me to get my old job back and see all the people I miss. What do you all think?

Everything happens for a reason.

However...........try never to go backwards in life. Move forward. If you still have things to learn or a goal to reach, then go back. But if it's just because you got comfortable there, then move on to something new (and better!). Best of luck to you.

Dear SoFanTab,
IF you want this job back, this certainly works to your advantage to have an ally in the position of doing the hiring.
But, God did NOT make the other woman pregnant so you could get your job back. What kind of manipulator would that make God? Or, you for thinking of it this way?
And, have you thought about what would happen if you get the job and the woman comes back from her pregnancy leave? Before you go blaming God, think the situation all the way through. Is there any chance that running around "seeing" God in every detail, instead of devoting the same intense attention to the details of your job might be why you lost the job?
Teaching. Is there anything else you are better suited for? Your life depends on the answer to that question and you do, after all, have at least the judgment of one person (that woman) that teaching is not your best strength.
You can make a contribution to the world, but only by paying attention to the real Whys that things happen. The world is real, so is your life. So, think about them on their own terms instead of straining so hard to see God in events that you rush out to "get everyone's opinion".

Dear delusional,

try pinching yourself and come to full consciousness. There are millions of situations like that happening everyday in the world. A miracle occurs when God violates the laws of physics, chemistry, and biology. For example, if the lady that is going on leave is pregnant due to the Holy Spirit, or if you physically wake up one morning in the classroom of the school you love so much, instead of in your own bed. These are actual violations of the laws of the universe, not just coincidences, and only a supernatural being can do those things.

No, I don't think it was the work of god. You're just connecting all of these events in some weird way to make it seem like someone wants you to have that job. It's not that amazing, once you step back and look at the situation objectively - the school happens to need an assistant, which you are qualified to do. Not that amazing. Just go back if you want to.

Could be that or just a self fulfilling type of deal where you eventually find what you're really looking for. If you had no regrets and had moved on to something else, it probably wouldn't even cross your mind that it's meant to be or fate or God's will. Funny how things happen like that but I think subconsciously, we have our desires and when something comes along that fit's them, we are surprised. Just go with the flow.

hmmm , interesting and weather or not it is god, its an oppertunity. god works in mysterious ways i was told . so it should be a mystery. its not important that you testify what god has done in your life. thats your personal realtionship with him. its more important that you testifify his word and his will. jesus went around the world talking about his father his word and his will. people were saved because they believed in him not in his miracles. people who choose not to see and not to believe didn't even see his miracles saying what they saw was the work of satan or the devil or of something wicked. its exciting to see a manifestation of gods plan or will or even a prayer. however that is only one small prayer in the big scheme of things. jesus said he is no part of this world. so it dont matter if your having a great time or if your work is bad you are no part of this world! you are a part of gods will to be done and to come. this old system of things will pass away. will it matter in heaven? this earth is already condemed! nothing on this earth is good anymore. nothing. the spirit of god maybe but it is still no part of this earth! its like oil in water it may be in there but its no part of that water it dont mesh! its comes to the top and floats. know your enemys, love your enemys, pray for them and bless them, talk good things about them. i certianly see your point. i agree it may be. i know thats fusterating. make sure to look closely at self and see if your are a fake christian or if you are genuine and true to self. do you crack that bible on a daily basis? do you remember the fruits of the spirit? jesus did not come here to fix everything and tell us god is working in our lives. he came here to tell us gods will and rules as a messanger. not to judge us and to condem us. we were already condemed by the fruit of the tree.jesus gave us a way a path a hope. not that we would not be sinners but that we may belive in him and choose his pathif we never sinned or sin then his death would be in vein.meaning it would of happened for nothing.the issue here is not about your job or your work or even coworkers. the issue is about preaching and teaching to every living thing! praising and worshiping and honoring god. being a good steward of gods will not just money.

Ummmm... and if this didnt happen would it be the work of the devil?

Cmon now, just a happy coincidence.

It'd be a miracle if the day you quit your job, is the day you found a winning lottery ticket... or the day the school blew up behind ya.

If you believe it is God's plan, then that is all that matters. Since you do though you must seek him to find out why he has opened this door for you. All so that you can cooperate in his plan for bringing you back.

Maybe....or it could be the hermetic influence known as synchronicity. Regardless of what it is, give it a shot. You have nothing to lose. Good luck.

Yep, it's a miracle!

The fact that millions still continue to die in Africa has nothing to do with it. For you it's a miracle!

Hallelujah! America is great!
